Admissions Presentation and Campus Tour (1 hour and 45 minutes)
We'll start with a 30-minute presentation that will answer general questions about St. Olaf, including our academic programs, international and off-campus programs, athletics, music, and campus life. Admissions and Financial Aid practices, policies, and procedures are also covered. If you are a first-time visitor to campus, this is a great way to learn about what a St. Olaf education can do for you. On your 75-minute campus tour, every student tour guide will show you the highlights and talk about their favorite places on campus. Their stories and experiences are some of the best ways to learn about St. Olaf. Our students are St. Olaf’s best ambassadors. Sometimes, they get carried away, so we try to hold them to about an hour. Then they return to studying, practicing, rehearsing, organizing, working in the lab, or … you get the idea.

Study Abroad/Away Opportunities (45 minutes)
St. Olaf College sends more students to study abroad than any liberal arts college in the nation. Off-campus study reinforces the curriculum offered on campus and helps students gain a global perspective through direct experience. Students and staff will discuss the wide variety of available programs.

Meeting with Financial Aid (allow 30 minutes)
Paying for college involves a partnership between our students, their families, and the college. We look carefully at the unique financial circumstances of every family and offer every student the best package of support we can. If you have questions about how to pay for a St. Olaf education, please feel free to request an appointment with one of our financial aid counselors.

Meal at Stav Hall (30 to 60 minutes)
Awesome food. Enough said. We don’t care if some website ranks us No. 2, No. 3, or No. 6 (we’ve been each in the past five years or so, and the food hasn’t gotten better — or worse — whether we’ve moved up or down). St. Olaf is one of those rare places that still has a single dining hall for the entire community. It’s about sharing meals with your friends. *Times below are suggestions only. Stav Hall, our student cafeteria, is open from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
