Counselor Visit Request Form

St. Olaf Admissions invites high school counselors to visit our campus anytime our visit program is open and available. In-person campus visits include an information session and a campus tour, offered Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 10:45 AM and again in the afternoons from 1:00 to 2:45 PM.

Please note that visit schedules are subject to change based on availability and/or updated guidelines. We encourage you to check the visit calendar for available visits this spring.

To request your counselor visit, please submit your request at least two business days in advance by filling out this form.

Your counselor visit request is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from our Campus Visit Coordinator.
