Group Visit Request Form

St. Olaf Admissions welcomes groups of high school students to visit campus on most Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in the spring. Group visits are offered depending on staff availability and our academic calendar. Please submit your group visit request at least three weeks in advance.

Group visits consist of an information session, followed by a campus tour.

Please note that your group visit date and itinerary are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from our Campus Visit Coordinator.

Group Visit Agreement

Thank you so much for your interest in bringing your group to visit St. Olaf College! The following are expectations that will aid in creating a positive experience for both your group and the St. Olaf College representatives who will facilitate your visit. Please read thoroughly before submitting your request.

* I acknowledge my understanding of and willingness to adhere to the following guidelines:

A group visit consists of no more than 50 students, grades 9-12.

One chaperone must be provided for every 10 students, and these chaperones must be actively engaged in student supervision.

St. Olaf reserves the right to alter itineraries as needed, should disruptive behavior become an issue.

Late arrivals will result in adjustments to previously communicated itineraries.

Any changes made to existing plans should be communicated at least 24 hours in advance of arrival.

St. Olaf is authorized to use photographs and video footage for promotional materials.

Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in the cancellation of your visit and/or jeopardize future visits.
